Shipping & Delivery Policy – CraftsArtists.com

CraftsArtists.com is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame while ensuring the highest quality packaging. Online paid orders are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch. All COD orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched the same or next working day.

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public Holidays during normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, Amazon, etc.

How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Rs. 100 is charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). CraftsArtists.com is fully GST compliant as per Government of India regulations.

  • Relevant GST % is already included in your product total. (Applicable for orders within India.)

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • Express delivery is done for all online paid orders within 3 – 6 working days (for major cities).

  • Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same working day.

  • Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days from the dispatch date. However, COD orders are only dispatched after telephonic confirmation.

Delivery is attempted at the address provided at the time of order. For remote locations or areas where courier delivery isn't possible, the recipient may need to collect the package from the courier delivery center.

Estimated Delivery Time (From Dispatch Date):

  • Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3-6 working days

  • Rest of India: 5-7 working days 

COD Orders usually take 5-7 working days since extra processing time is required by the shipping partner.

What if I receive the product in damaged condition?

If you believe that the product you received is in poor condition, tampered, or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and contact our team at thecraftsartists@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID, or call us at 9510222322 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

We will arrange a reverse pick-up of the damaged product and ensure a brand-new replacement is sent to you at no extra cost. Please ensure that the original product tags and packaging are intact while returning the product.
