At CraftsArtists.com, every product is a handcrafted piece of creativity and craftsmanship — designed with precision, passion, and purpose. While we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent Return & Exchange Policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.

You received a wrong product or an item not matching your order specifications.

The issue is reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
Please note:

Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal taste, or minor imperfections that are part of handmade artistry.

Customized items and bulk/corporate orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products must be unused and returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Exchange Policy
Given the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our products, every return/exchange request is individually assessed at our sole discretion.
You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. If approved:

A credit note equivalent to the product amount will be issued.

The credit note will be valid for 6 months and can be redeemed on future purchases.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Returned items will be inspected by our quality control team. If the product does not meet return conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no credit note will be issued. In rare cases where a replacement is not available, a credit note will be provided.
Note: International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Process
If your order meets the eligibility criteria, you can initiate an exchange by following these steps:

Approval & Pickup
Once reviewed and approved by our team:-
A reverse pickup will be scheduled (available in select PIN codes).

If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be requested to courier the product back to our warehouse.

Inspection & Dispatch

Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it.

If approved, a replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 business days.

If a replacement is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
